Operational terms for the public Satinash website, account system, paid plans, connected datasets, and grounded chat workspace.
These Terms of Service apply to the public Satinash website, self-service registration and billing flows, and the authenticated workspace used to connect data sources, define datasets, configure Core profiles, and run grounded chat.
Satinash is designed as a hosted AI workspace for teams and individual users. Features may include supported third-party connectors, document ingestion and indexing, citation-backed chat, plan-based usage budgets, and administrator controls.
You must provide accurate account information, keep authentication methods secure, and use the service only if you are authorized to act for yourself or for the organization whose data you connect.
You are responsible for activity taken through your account, including linked identity providers, connector authorizations, dataset selections, team invitations, and actions performed by people you allow into your workspace.
You keep your rights in the prompts, documents, connector selections, configuration, and other material you submit or sync to Satinash. You must have the rights needed to upload, connect, process, and share that material through the service.
To operate the service, you authorize Satinash and its operator to host, copy, transmit, parse, index, vectorize, store, display, and otherwise process your content as needed for authentication, billing, support, dataset synchronization, search, retrieval, and chat generation.
You may not use Satinash to break the law, infringe rights, interfere with the platform, bypass plan budgets or access controls, probe for vulnerabilities without authorization, or attempt to access another user's data or credentials.
You may not reverse engineer the hosted service, use the product to build a competing hosted offering from unauthorized scraping or extraction, or send abusive workloads that materially degrade ingestion, chat, billing, or live-update systems.
Satinash depends on third-party services such as identity providers, connected source platforms, storage and infrastructure services, model providers, the configured parser service, and Stripe billing. Their availability and terms may affect your use of Satinash.
If you enable a connector or external sign-in method, you are also subject to that provider's own terms and privacy practices. Satinash is not responsible for outages, changes, or policy decisions made by those third parties.
Satinash offers free and paid access plans. In the public registration flow, paid plans are activated only after Stripe confirms the first payment, and subscription state, renewal timing, invoices, and plan changes are reflected in the account workspace.
Stripe subscriptions may renew until canceled. Manual overrides grant only the paid period recorded by an admin. Prices, taxes, billing intervals, discounts, and any support contact shown during checkout, in account membership, or on invoices control the commercial terms currently offered to you.
Satinash or its operator may suspend, restrict, downgrade, or terminate access when necessary to enforce these terms, address nonpayment, respond to security or abuse issues, satisfy legal requirements, or protect the service and other users.
If your plan changes or access ends, some data and functionality may be reduced to a lower tier or removed, and service data may be deleted according to configured retention, cleanup, billing, audit, and legal recordkeeping requirements.
Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, Satinash is provided on an as-available basis. Features may change, rate limits may apply, and third-party integrations or model-backed capabilities may return incomplete, outdated, or incorrect results.
You are responsible for reviewing AI output, citations, billing decisions, and connector results before relying on them for legal, financial, security, compliance, or other high-stakes decisions.
For account, billing, or workspace questions, use the support channel exposed by your deployment. That may be your workspace administrator, the contact information provided in invoices, or operator-managed support pages.
These terms may be updated as Satinash's product surface, pricing, integrations, or legal requirements change. The effective date above reflects the latest posted version.
Continued use of the service after an updated version becomes effective means the revised terms apply to future access unless you and the service operator have a separate written agreement.
